Statue of Liberty? Check. Bald eagle fearlessly flying? Check. American flag? Check. Stars? Check. "Land of the Free" slogan? Check. "America"? Check. Yep, I think that pretty much makes this the most patriotic thing you could possibly wear. And if you're not wearing one right now, you're probably with the terrorists.
